Wrong rewards in multiple UT packs

After I finished my UT finals, I claimed my rewards and within 4 packs in a row I got exacly the same TOTS Bundesliga FC Köln player El Mala in all 4 different packs.

How could that be? Opening 4 packs one after another in sequence and get exact same content as reward every time, these seems like the odds in the packs are really wrong and is really annoying to receive such a rigged packs
