I cannot play continuosly

I am experiencing a lot of problems by playing with the game. Most of the time I don't have the full control of the player, it seems somebody else plays on my place, some others I get kicked out, some others the game doesn't recognise the controller.

I ha ve a lot of abandone rate due to these issues , and I am not having fun with the game.

Worst thing is that after 1 match the game goes like frames and it is not possible to play , some other times it says that somebody is playing on my place

 

I want the full refund !!!!
