Black box I appearing on top of my screen while in a math

There’s a black rectangular box that appears on top of the screen while I’m in a match . When I’m playing against another player online it causes me to lose control and my controls become unresponsive. The black box goes away and comes back repeatedly and I lose response every time is there this is really weird and never happened to me before please any fixes to this issue ??
