Career Mode – Role++ disappears when entering a match

Mode: Manager Career Mode

Nico Williams has Inside Forward++ at both LW and RW in the squad/team management screen.

Before entering the match, when he is selected at LW with Inside Forward – Balanced, the tactical screen correctly displays Inside Forward++.

However, as soon as I enter the pre-match/match tactical environment — before kick-off and without changing anything — his Inside Forward++ at LW disappears completely. The role becomes yellow, meaning no Role+ is active.

His Inside Forward++ at RW remains present on his player profile, while the LW version disappears.

Changing the LW focus manually from Balanced to Attack does not restore the Role++.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a player who has Inside Forward++ at both LW and RW (Nico Williams in my save).
2. Place him at LW.
3. Select Inside Forward – Balanced.
4. Confirm that ++ is displayed before entering the match.
5. Enter the match/pre-match tactics screen.
6. Without making any changes, the LW Role++ is gone and displayed yellow.

I have also experienced similar behaviour with Désiré Doué, where a Role++ disappeared when the match tactics were loaded/modified.

Expected: Role++ should remain active at LW because the player possesses that Role++ at that position.

Actual: The LW Role++ disappears when the match tactical state is loaded, while the RW Role++ remains available.
