FC 27 online season

I’m extremely frustrated with EA at this point. I reported this exact issue in FC 26, and I was told it would be looked into. Now I’ve bought FC 27 and the SAME problem is still happening in Seasons.

When I’m winning and my opponent quits or disconnects, my win is not counted. This has happened multiple times, and it is completely unacceptable for a basic result-tracking issue to carry over from one game to the next.

I specifically asked about this problem before buying FC 27 because I did NOT want to pay for another game with the same bug. Now I feel like I was given no reason to trust that the issue was actually fixed.

I want a clear answer: Why is this still happening in FC 27, and when are you actually going to fix it?
