Manager avatar personal details

When you create the manager avatar and you put in your correct personal details there is a problem on the birthday you set because no matter what you said it automatically changes to the first of every month so for example if your birthday is at the 20th of April as soon as you putting the correct details and you are ready with your manager you do a last check and the automatically reset to one which is not correct for some people please correct that bug
