No XP earned after match

I’ve been experiencing this on Rush, 2v2 and 1v1 modes in the grounds. After working really hard I get nothing, I’ve missed out about 10 times worth of points now and it is frustrating, I prefer to play instead of paying money to get similar results to others but I feel I’m being cheated. I play on PC. I get this message at the end of the game every time it happens
