PC – FUT Champions stuck before kickoff at 00:00 for 15 minutes
Platform: PC Game: EA SPORTS FC 27 Mode: Ultimate Team Champions Date/time: 3 November 2026, approximately 02:30 a.m. Cairo time (UTC+2) After entering a Champions match, the game remained on the stadium loading screen with the scoreboard showing 0–0 and 00:00. The match never started. I waited approximately 15 minutes before closing the game using Alt+F4. I couldn’t obtain the opponent’s EA ID because the match never reached gameplay. Three screenshots taken during the issue are attached. Please investigate the match-start failure and check whether this affected my Champions match allocation or record.
No XP earned after match
I’ve been experiencing this on Rush, 2v2 and 1v1 modes in the grounds. After working really hard I get nothing, I’ve missed out about 10 times worth of points now and it is frustrating, I prefer to play instead of paying money to get similar results to others but I feel I’m being cheated. Serious Rivals Bug – Draws Incorrectly Counted as Losses Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team, I am writing to report a serious and recurring issue in Ultimate Team Division Rivals. On several occasions, I have experienced matches that were tied, only for my opponent to score an equalizer in the final moments of the game. Despite the match ending in a draw, the result is recorded as a loss on my account. The most recent incident occurred on November 2, 2026, at approximately 14:14 Portugal time. This is not an isolated incident, as it has happened multiple times. This issue is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have lost valuable Rivals rankings, progress, and weekly rewards because of what appears to be a technical error in the game's result registration system. I expect EA to investigate this issue thoroughly, including checking the match data and server logs for the affected games. I also request that EA correct the incorrectly recorded results, restore the Rivals points and progression I have lost, and provide appropriate compensation for the lost rankings and rewards. I also expect an explanation as to why this issue keeps happening and what is being done to prevent it from recurring. As a paying customer, I expect the game to register match results accurately and fairly. A technical error should not result in players being unfairly penalized. Even though the Music Always On setting is turned OFF, an issue occurs during gameplay where the commentator's voice and stadium atmosphere suddenly cut out, and the game's music starts playing instead. When I go to the settings menu to investigate, I notice that Music Always On has automatically switched itself ON without any input from me. This issue also keeps happening every time I close and relaunch the game. The setting seems to turn itself back on, even though I have manually disabled it. Expected Result: The Music Always On setting should remain OFF, and the commentator's voice and stadium atmosphere should continue playing normally throughout matches. Actual Result: The setting automatically turns ON during gameplay, causing the commentary and stadium atmosphere to stop and the background music to play instead. This behavior also repeats after restarting the game.
Please also correct the “Player of the Match” selection for FC26.
[FC27][FC26][Player Career] I don't think there's any problem with the “Player of the Match” selection itself in FC27. If that's the case, please make the necessary corrections so that the selection for FC26 is also accurate. How long are you planning to leave this bug in FC26 unresolved? Platform / Mode: Ultimate Team 27 (Rivals / Champions), PC Bug Description: I am experiencing a severe tactical bug where my players automatically swap into completely incorrect positions once a match kicks off. Specifically, my STs swap with my CMs, and my LMs swap with my CDMs. This misaligns the squad, severely ruins in-game chemistry, and hinders competitive progression. Initially, I attempted to manually fix these positions by pausing right after kickoff. However, doing this has completely broken the interface. Now, whenever I pause the match, I am entirely locked out of the squad management screen. The game completely prevents me from accessing my line-up mid-game, forcing me to play the remainder of the match with broken chemistry and out-of-position players. I have attached videos showing the exact position swaps and the unclickable squad management menu during active matches. Please investigate this interface and tactical conflict.
FC 27 Online Seasons – Friends Leaderboard Not Showing Friends
The Friends leaderboard in Online Seasons is empty and does not show any of my friends or their Season progress. I cannot compare divisions, wins or points with my friends. This issue was also present in FC 26 and appears to still be unresolved in FC 27. Expected: Friends who play Online Seasons should appear in the Friends leaderboard. Actual: The Friends leaderboard is empty.
