It did not help. I played one game with no problem and then the second game I didn't even make it to the opening faceoff and now in Club Finals my team has been docked with a loss

Try swapping out all your customization options. Gear, face, hair, intro animation, etc.
Something else you can try is using googles DNS settings. Those instructions are here.
I've tried everything suggested above and still nothing.
I'm getting kicked for no reason that continuously goes unexplained because EA has no one trying to fix this and see on there end whats going on.
I don't expect anything but there's got to be some sort of compensation for this. Because of this issue my EASHL team has been docked with numerous losses and disqualifications in Club finals.
