Cannot see in conversation a question and the answers and cannot do nothing

I Want to start a game but I have one conversation with manager and at the moment when intro is finishing I don't see a question and the answers I can press any buttons and it's not making anything  ...

    We are aware of this issue. unfortunately, I don't have an update on when it will be addressed.
