I’ve been getting configuration failed since last month and after the update still can’t get in a match on WOC something needs to be done asap paid for this game just to get kicked everytime I try an find a match
Community ManagerUnfortunately, the update didn't resolve this. Currently, the only thing you can do is play on a different account. We plan to fix this with the January update. I definitely know that's not what you all are hoping for, but the good news is that we've made progress on getting this fixed.
I left my club all of sudden I can find games now 🤔
Community ManagerThis has worked for some. Glad it's helping you out. Did you try rejoining that club to see if you still have the same issue? There has been some success with leaving and rejoining.
