Game configuration failed/Failed to retrieve data

Update from EA Aljo on this issue !

I know this post is from a few months back but you just have to wait for the updates I guess

Dm'd me saying this :

There isn't anyone that can help with this. We have to release a patch to get it fixed. We're hoping to have this included with the January update
