Game Freezing

Hi there. Do you happen to have a custom gamerpic? If so, can you try using a default image instead? I know this sounds weird, but I've seen a similar issue in previous games. Thanks!

Unfortunately it still freezes up. Any other ideas? I may uninstall again, clear caches, shut it down, unplug it then stand on one foot while turning around 3 times.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile.
Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Did that, redownload the game. It still locks up the Xbox. I have to manually restart the console. Any other ideas? Thanks

I see you've tried practice mode. What other modes are causing this?

Also, are you always choosing the same team? If so, can you try a different one?

I tried the Initial Florida vs Edmonton. Lock up. I can go through the menus, change rosters, etc. as soon the gameplay or animations start it locks up.
