Game Freezing

Unfortunately, we still don't have an update on this as we haven't been able to reproduce it yet. 

You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.

Are there any updates on the situation? I downloaded the new update and it freezes at the same spot…Is there any recourse for a refund? Thanks

Hi there. Was the game working fine previously, but suddenly started freezing?

I’m having the same issue on Xbox Series S. I’m able to get in the game but as soon as I try to play World of Chel or Play now the system freezes. I was in a party chat at the time and I could still talk to people but I couldn’t access the Xbox menu to turn it off by the controller. I have to hard restart every time. I tried every troubleshooting suggested and nothing has worked. 

Does it happen in a new Franchise Mode?

This started happening again in my franchise mode after the new patch.

Do you know what time you last experienced the lock up? What time zone are you in?
