my nhl 25on my ps5 wont let me get onto any games as soon as i load into one i recieve a failed to retrieve on every single game mode ive tried to reset my ps5 and router contact ea and nothing does anybody have advice. it seems to be happening alot more to others aswell

Hello. This is an issue we're aware of. We are hoping to release a fix for this in the January update. In the meantime, I recommend playing on a different account.
There has been some limited success with fixing this by leaving and rejoining the club. Also, it's possible deleting the club you were in when the error started occurring may fix this. There is no guarantee either of these will work though. - UGNerve1212 days agoRising Novice
good to know for the heads up that this will be fixed in the future i’ve tried leaving the club and everything but as of right now i can’t get into any game mode. but ill hopefully get it fixed by january!

I'm not guaranteeing it's getting fixed. While we intend to fix it with the January update, there's no confirmation that is going to happen.
If someone else is the club owner, they can try deleting the club. Otherwise, playing on a different account is the best I can recommend at the moment. - UGNerve1212 days agoRising Novice
crazy how much money people spend and can’t even use there accounts that all my progress on my hut team will be now lost due to me switching accounts brutal. another costumer gone.👍

Your frustration is absolutely understandable. Hopefully, we'll have this resolved in January. Somebody else reported clearing the cache from their console helped.
