I've completed the hut xp with a million plus xp points. It keeps saying that I've earned the last bonus xp pack but it's not in my inbox. It's been over 24 hours still no pack

Same here, finish all the bonus pack and nothing on my store Unopened packs.
- Quit completely the game then restart, still not there.

The new XP path arrives soon and I spent a lot of time to get this done before the time is up, not having a reward now is a big deal, especially since the other packs had extremely bad content.
I know none of this is your fault, but it would be great to have answers on this issue and what is going to be done for the pack that we didn't get.- EA_Aljo

Same here.
It's been over a week now since this issue popped up for us. I've created cases for this since last week.. how is this still an issue? Can you please figure this out? The player base has dwindled down, and if people don't get the rewards they are promised for the time and effort that is put in, more will dissappear. This is just bad business at this point.
