Network connection issue

NHL worked for a period of time, but it also needed an update, now that there are no updates available it doesn’t work. Madden was never able to connect. Not sure what is wrong. I will try the router steps again. If it doesn’t work is there any other suggestions?

Community ManagerIf that doesn't help, you can try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. Also, check your modem/router for a firmware update. As a test, you could try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. If it works there, that means the issue is with your equipment or ISP. So, that would help narrow down where the problem lies.
