The game itself
Players movement are not human like, they look like this game was made between 2010-2013. its ps5. It should look as realistic as FIFA/FC. though nhl isn’t as worldwide popular like FIFA/FC, EA Sports North America needs to step up their game or stop making NHL. This game, it’s glitchy… players disappear through the ice, boards, ice disappears through the cutscenes /tv time out, pivoting from forwards to back skating with the puck is leggy, you bump into the goalie and end up getting 2-4 interference penalties all at once because the players seem to glitch and have minor seizures and hit the goalie multiple times and much more BS like that. Your AI players can be absolutely brutal. Deking on or just before the blue line causing so many offsides.(get Joe Bowen in there) Commentators are boring, annoying. this is actually a very disappointing franchise now. Separate the attention from online and get more into the offline gaming. Hell, sell them separately, with the option of purchasing both online/offline as one. Take a page out of FIFA/FC and apply some of those graphics and tech, bring it into NHL. it just doesn’t cut it anymore. Your design team needs to go and play hockey/ watch it more and study the movements and flow of the game very Deep. Get it right or drop NHL.
Asked to sign in because of second controller
On PS5, if I go from playing a local co-op game into HUT, or even if just a second controller gets turned on, I'll get all the way to the point of pressing the options button to confirm my lineup for a new game (doesn't mater the game mode) and I get asked to sign in. The 2nd controller could be off, I'll even reset the game (I am 100% sure I'm logged into my account - the other controller has only every used a guest account), and I still get hassled to log in. The only solution I've found so far is to reset the system. Is this something common? Is there another way to fix it?Commentary Not Working and Game Won't Sign into EA Servers on PS5
The commentary flat out won't say a word except for goals and big plays and the game is not signing into EA Servers. This does not happen on any other EA Sports/EA game i have. I've restarted my PS5, reinstalled the game, and this hasn't worked. Again, through troubleshooting I can confirm this is not my PS5, it is signed into the Playstation network and all other games including EA Sports games work properly. The commentary and sign in do not work only on this game (NHL 25). Please assist.

Happened sometime after viewing the real money store in WoC. Ive tried uninstalling the game muiltiple times and it doesnt work. only bought the game for WoC and cant get my money back.Cannot find 6s games in World of Chel
You can search until it times out multiple times and not find a match for 20+ minutes. This is a glaring issue making the game literally unplayable. Im not sure why the search engine was changed between 24 and 25 as it was the source of exactly ZERO issues but it's now causing games to not even be found. I refuse to believe that are prime time there is only 3 6s teams on and we are rotating playing each other every 20 minutes.

Comment est-ce possible de toujours gâcher un jeu que nous aimons toutes et tous ? Le souci est majeur, nous ne pouvons localiser les matchs par régions. Le matchmaking trouve toujours que des serveurs américains et jamais européens, ce qui fait que nous jouons un ping injouable. 110ms la plupart du temps ! C’est inconcevable d’avoir supprimé cette option, (Régler la localisation pour que le matchmaking trouve des matchs selon notre serveur !) Réglez ce souci vous perdez votre population jours après jours… Si nous n’acceptons pas de jouer ce mauvais ping, nous ne trouvons que très peu de matchs (1 match sur 8…) ! Payer un jeu aussi cher pour financer les adversaires majoritairement américains ou canadiens me révulse. Le jeu devrait se renommer NHL American 25… Pensez aux autres pays qui ont achetés le jeu. Pensez aussi aux gardiens de but qui se retrouvent face aux gardiens IA sans pouvoir régler quoi que ce soit. Y’aura-t-il une mise à jour ?
