The franchise mode freeze, with the players, whether in lines, trades, contracts, etc. Currently I am in contract, before July 1st, and after negotiating my contracts I skip a day and everything freezes. Couldn't get out of there, I'm stuck in it. I then have to close the Xbox, unplug it and reopen it. Very frustrating. I tried to delete the local data and those from the reserved space, I also uninstalled the game to reinstall it and nothing worked. I don't know if this has any particular importance but I'm doing the franchise mode with a created team and created players too.

Hi there. We have had some reports of freezing in Franchise Mode. This is being investigated.
The problem that plays the game when I arrive to negotiate the contracts, before July 1st, is the negotiation. If I don't negotiate it doesn't freeze
How soon can we expect a problem resolution?
