Bug while editing loadout in the dressing room. After editing your loadout in the dressing room and trying to return and ready up, the player gets stuck and the caption “editing loadout” is still present despite the player being back in the lobby.

Yeah this annoying bug has been for a few years already. It's hard to reproduce, but it has something to do with someone editing/selecting a loadout while other team members are joining the dressing room and/or selecting loadouts or positions.
When the bug occurs, there is no way to exit but to press L3 on PS5 or close the game via PS5 menu. Pressing circle or X does nothing.I'll try to capture a video when it happens next time.

No, it goes away.
This same bug has been like 2-3 years. So many smaller and bigger bugs but EA doesn't do nothing. Main focus on HUT and money.
