“Final” Tour Mission Bug Has Me Stuck In The Dark
- Description of the issue: The game has me permanently stuck (unable to move, open the game menu, or do anything at all). The screen is 90% faded black, can faintly see the mission objective in the corner and a navigation tool in the middle of the screen. Game opens normal, takes slightly longer than usual to load server, and then puts me back to this screen. Also there is no audio, no music playing or anything, as if the game froze.
- Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: But happened when following mission objective where Izzy has you climb up the tall tower in Hartford plaza (where the season 2 sky mega ramp starts). As you get closer to the top, the objective updates with a new command to keep climbing. Mission objective says: “This must be the spot. Reach Izzy’s spot and enjoy the view.” While climbing I fell, and got stuck some way that I shouldnt have, and hit the marker to return but when I returned it was as if I was half under the game and the screen then went black (faded black, could see objectives but not much else, photo attached). I can’t remember exactly where it was I got stuck but hopefully this helps.

- Troubleshooting steps already performed: Closed and reopened game, restarted console, uninstalled/reinstalled game, installed a different version of game (ps4 on my ps5) but faced same problem
