5$USD donation boards (still) arent there.

It's been 3 days. I definitely used the right ea account. All the codes were good, and they redeemed the right way through the website.  I uninstalled the game and cleared the reserve space. I hard rebooted, signed out. I'm on Xbox. I have every piece of content in the video game so far. It's *not* okay for me to not get this board in exchange for my money.
