After playing valorant and launching skate. PC instantly blue screens

Title ^ after im done playing valorant and close it and try to launch skate my pc blue screens for a milisecond, it says memory management is the issue. I've tried repairing and uninstalling both valorant and skate. I've tried exiting vanguard from the system tray. Nothing I do seems to work. Does anyone have a fix? This is the only game this happens with btw, ive tried many other games, and no other one has any issues with valorant.
