AMD video export still broken

Exporting videos on my NVidia system has worked since launch, while on my AMD system it has been broken since launch.

I was hoping it would work by now, but alas, it is still broken.

Can you please try to fix this? Currently I'm just using OBS to record my replays instead, but seeing a weekly task to export a video just breaks my heart. I can not complete this task, because the functionality is STILL broken.

Ryzen 7 5800x3d
MSI Radeon RX 6750 XT (Driver 26.3.1)
32GB RAM
Win 11
