Broken setting doesn't let you nollie or nose manual

Ever since i turned on the "quick ollie" setting i can no longer nollie or do any type of Nollie tricks nor nose manual. after i quickly realized the setting was completely useless i turned it off and now its stuck on even after i turned it off. resetting game doesn't even help it. i also cant even preload my stick to the left or right to do a trick without it automatically doing a pop shove it. 

i can send another vid if needed but this shows how i cant even put my stick to the top without it automatically doing a ollie. I literally have to do a normal ollie land in a nose manual hoping it doesn't  automatically do a ollie again just to be able to do a nollie.
