Buildings not loading

Maybe it just a me thing. But in the challenge “cranial assist” I am asked to “hit rooftop cafe tables” however when I try to land on the building (or other buildings around it) I just fly right through them. (Yes I play on ps4) so the world has always loaded in AS I’m playing. But in season 1 I had 0 issues landing on buildings after jumping down from higher buildings.  it seems the buildings arent loading in fast enough idk Please any help is appreciated!!!
