Cannot export replays, kicked from server with error code 3967269002

Every single time I have attempted to export a replay lately, it has been frozen for 10-20 seconds or so, before I get kicked from the server. This has happened every single time I have tried using this function, and has likely been happening to me for months, as I had quit playing the game months ago because of this exact situation.

I thought it was just my wifi, that i was just getting unlucky when I get DC'd right when I want to export a replay, but no, this has been consistent. 

Attached is a video of this happening. There is no audio, because for some reason Steam Recording will not record audio for this game.
