I keep getting an error every time me and my friends try to join each other one friend is on PlayStation the other is in PC we all have crossplay enabled it's a server issue

I kept getting an error for crossplay. Kept saying: CROSSPLAY_UNRESOLVABLE
My friends are on Console while Im on pc and we have crossplay enabled and restarded our games and yet cant play with each other.
