Code redemptions for the donation boards not appearing on my Xbox skate account

I donated over 5usd to all 3 causes to earn the boards, went through the skate shop portal in the website under the correct ea account, and so far nothing has appeared in my game. I've signed out on Xbox and restarted the game so far.
