Complete PC crash after a bit of time

I have reinstalled the game twice, as well as verified the installation through steam. Other games run fine, so my pc shouldn't be the problem. Everytime I launch Skate. I can start, so I've made a character and run a bit. After a short amount of time though, about the time it take to take the first skateboard, my computer crashes completely. No bluescreen, only black. My pc still has the lights on, but there is nothing happening on either screen nor keyboard/mouse/controller. Even the on/off button is not working at that point, I have to turn off my power supply to turn off the pc to turn it back on. I really want to play the game but this is unbearable, it makes me scared of losing my drives too. I cannot take screenshots because my pc is unworkable.
