Consistent rolling when I stop moving off board

As the title suggests, I cannot stand still or I start to roll and can’t stop it unless i’m moving or on my skateboard. I am on pc playing through steam. 

Is this happening to anyone else? I don’t know what to do and it can get quite irritating. I know it’s early access so i expect issues with new games.
