Crashed while finishing mission resulting in it glitching & not letting progress

As the title says i was doing the 2 part mission «Crew Challenges and You» Step 3/7 and was on 1/2 challenges, then suddenly just as i finished the 2nd challenge my game crashed and it didnt fully count. But even if i try to do both challenges the mission still doesnt progress so im just stuckD:
