Crew challenge tri tower 1/2

I’ve been stuck on the  crew challenge since the day the game released and I haven’t progressed since. I’ve completed both challenges but it keeps saying 1/2. I just want to do the challenges, it’s so frustrating. Game hasn’t worked since day 1. Can anyone help?
