Crew challenges and you Tour 1: Skater Eyes Step 3 out of 7

I've completed both challenges to step 3 the game won't register and confirm it so I can progress to step 4.  Been stuck at tri-towers for 3 days now. I've tried teleporting, spectating other players, and have restarted the game multiple times with no success. I literally can't play the game until this issue is fixed. Would sincerely appreciate some help or insight on the issue. Thank you!
