Cross-play not working in Skate.

I’m on PlayStation 5 and my friend is on pc. We’ve got each other added, tried restarting the game, removing and re-adding each other, joining different people and trying to join each other that way. I even had her try downloading skate through a different launcher. Nothing works. Every time we try to join each other it either says “ squad not open” or  an error pops up saying crossplay isn’t enabled. But we both have crossplay on. Not sure if others are having the same problem, or if it’s just us. Would like this to be looked into. Thank you.
