Crossplay issues

Im on PC my friend is on PS5 at first we were able to send friend requests but when trying to join eachothers party we got error: 528614044

Then after both of us turned crossplay off and back on we somehow were unfriended and are unable to see each other's friend requests. Tried everything from restarting the game, to bloking and unblocking eachother and still nothing, neither of us sees the others friend request
