Are you able to cross-play with other friends?
Please also review the suggestions in our Connectivity troubleshooting guide, including restarting the modem/router at home, changing the DNS to Google's or OpenDNS, changing the Wi-Fi channel, or using an Ethernet cable.
The connection might be involved.
I am on PlayStation my friend is on pc, we are still having this issue, I don’t have any other friends.
It has nothing to do with our routers or DNS. The problem is on EA's end, stop replying with these copy paste solutions. This is a problem that your employer has to fix.
