Crossplay Unresolvable Error

This bug is definitely not fixed me and my brother who plays on PC and I on PlayStation are ALWAYS BECOMING INVISIBLE to each other makes the game hard to play

me and my friend is also trying to join each other's parties and we are both on pc but i use a ps4 controller and he uses an Xbox controller but we both get error codes and can't find any help online except for google saying it's a common issue

Per this communication on X, our teams should have resolved these errors when joining friends from different platforms, so that you can enjoy skating around San Vansterdam with them once again!

Make sure you are joining the correct player. If:

Player A is in a crossplay lobby
Player B is in a single platform lobby
Player C is in a single platform lobby
Player D is in a single platform lobby

Everyone needs to join Player A's lobby, joining any other players' lobby won't work in this scenario.

im on xbox and when i check on lobby all of the player are xbox, but after keep restarting router and the game itself for many2 time.. i manage to get onto crossplay lobby which i can play and party with them, but when i try to party with my pc friends it still showing this crossplay unresolvable error, maybe EA should inform us "there's only crossplay lobby that works as for now, crossplay invite still broken"

I took cross play off  to than put it back on to see if that would fix it now I can’t even load up

I'm not an xbox player, but according to this video of EA, it is supposed to be a parameter on the console, concerning xbox. Other console or PC doesn't seem to have that

Issue: Error Code 528614044 – Crossplay Not Working (PS5 to PC)

I’m still getting error code 528614044 when trying to connect my PS5 to PC for crossplay. I’ve already tried everything on my end: restarting the system and game, toggling crossplay on/off, changing DNS, adjusting router settings, switching between Wi-Fi/ethernet, etc.

None of these fixes work. This isn’t a hardware or user-side problem—it’s clearly an EA server/software issue. Please stop pushing the blame onto players’ setups and acknowledge this as something that needs to be fixed on your end.
