This has been happening to me since the weekly challenges reset.
The first and second day I couldn't progress any challenges at all. Yesterday I was able to progress 2/4.
Today I have been able to progress all the daily challenges. However any progress I should have made while I was in Hedgemont (where half the weekly challenges have goals set) didn't track - this includes score, trick of the day, & challenge goals completed.
Still unable to make any weekly progress though... I have lost at least 600 Tix so far and I bought the premium pass too. Don't see how there can't be some form of compensation...
