So far the following challenges did not track for me and I need help because I kept asking in the discord saying "this is going to get forgotten" and I was reassured it wouldn't and that info would be coming soon. Here we are a few weeks later and it still hasn't been addressed or fixed and was indeed forgotten...
Week of October 14th Challenges - All weekly challenges never tracked and I lost out on a LOT of very limited earnable tix currency and a lot of rip chips.
Day of October 14th Challenges - I believe this day of challenges didn't track either but I could be wrong about that one honestly.
Day of October 16th Challenges - The daily did not work because of an incorrect amount of slam challenges so I lost a bunch of tix there and some rip chips.
I understand that it is in early access but that is not an excuse to not address the issue or not make it right. This is the type of thing that will deter me from spending money or even playing this game for free. I feel pretty lied to with the community support too to be honest. I don't fault Jeff, I know he is only trying to provide the best support he is able to but if you read this series of events from start to finish you will probably be able to understand why I am upset and need help. I also needed this for backup as I figured a backend fix would be pushed for this and I wouldn't need to 'prove' my challenges weren't working since most were having the same problem.
