Ideas
Loaded the game up yesterday from Steam. Was asked to re-log into EA and link my account (which doesn't usually happen) so I logged in with the info linked to my steam account. Everything is now gone and was asked to make a new character, do the tutorial, etc.
Bought the skatepass too so there goes my money. Been trying to talk to EA and just keep getting told to make sure I logged in with the right EA account...
