Dem Bones Deluxe Pack does not grant the Premium Skate Pass, duplicate purchase

I had purchased the Dem Bones Deluxe Pack directly through the online skate store and had received everything included except for the Premium Skate Pass. I had mistakenly pressed the purchase button thinking it would prompt me before processing the payment for the skate pass, but instead I was still charged the 1k SVBucks.

A side-note as well, I had already previously purchased the worn beige work boots, so it seems really odd to sell it off again in the bundle.

    I purchased the pack from the online ea store and when I logged in I received everything from the pack except the skate pass. I've restarted multiple times and still nothing, are we supposed to redeem it somehow in game?

    Thank you for reporting this issue! I appreciate your patience while we sorted this out for you, I was actually in the same boat myself.

    The fix for this just went live, so anyone who bought the Dem Bones Deluxe Pack from the skate. Web Store and didn't receive their Premium skate.Pass should now have their pass unlocked and be able to access the Stadium.

    Same here, got the deluxe edition via web and didn't received my pass but mistakenly bought it with the svbucks, will we get refunded?
