EA games crash when PredatorSense is running – 20 days issue

Hello everyone,

I have been dealing with a very serious problem with EA games on my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-72).

For the last 20 days, ANY EA game crashes on launch or freezes my entire PC with a black screen.

Important detail:

If PredatorSense (Acer system control software) is running, EA games always crash.

If I disable PredatorSense services, EA games sometimes launch — but my laptop becomes very weak without Turbo/Performance mode.

This seems like a compatibility issue between EA Anti-Cheat and Acer PredatorSense low-level drivers.

EA Support has escalated this issue to the engineering team, but I’m posting here to see if more users are having this conflict.
