Flashing lights, texture glitches, lighting issues galore

Game for me is unplayable due to constant flashing lights, texture bugs etc. Video attached. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling the game, changed all visual and graphics settings. Playing on Xbox series S. Pause/loading menus are fine. Skate is the only game that does this so it isn't a hardware fault.
