Friend can't join party from a different server.

Since the Season 3 update we've been having trouble creating parties when each of us are on different servers.

When you try to join you get the following message:
"You don't currently have access to this location and are unable to join this party."

It seems like the Isle of Grom permission check is triggering even if we're both in San Van, we're only able to party up when we can see eachother on the same server, we both have access to Grom.

Before it used to migrate the person joining the party to the host's server.

Happening on PC with crossplay disabled.

    Despite us all owning the skate.pass, regardless of in Grom or not, after multiple restarts on all players, I get the same message-

     "You currently don't have access to this location. Purchase skate.Premium Pass for unlimited access for the entire season."

     My other friends are able to join each other just fine. But when they try to join me or I try to join them, we get the same message. Attached is an example of the message I got as I don't have a screenshot myself.

    Please help fix as I would like to play with friends .
