Game frame skips and slow motion ever since S1 release

I played during the play test and my PC played this game phenomenally but since season 1 came out I'm stuck with long loading screens and the game will skip frames and lag and be unplayable. I also noticed it only frame skips and lags When I try to do anything on the controller the minute I leave it alone, the game is running phenomenally again. 

Probably am going to have to just drop the game until this issue gets acknowledged and fixed cuz at this point it's unplayable
