Haven't been able to play since release

I was playing day 1 of the games release an got to Tour 1:Skater Eyes completed it and as soon as a did my game crashed. I then loaded the game back up and it says I need to follow the AR path to the Tri-Towers I do and nothing happens but it still says that go with the flow and there & back are complete I have been waiting for a fix and nothing has happened. Literally can't progress at all.
