Hedgemont bug/glitch lvl 1 locked

Hello I'm having trouble with the beginner quest regarding hedgemont, the game says the quest is complete but the map says 660 out of 800 so I cannot progress any further. I've tried uninstaling the game, closing the game but when I open the shop it won't show any level progression. I've been playing a few days and haven't been able to level up even once. The game says I have a package waiting but I cannot claim it either.

    I had someone recently who had exactly the same problem and they just hadn't claimed all the prizes they'd unlocked at the Extravert shop. They are different for each neighborhood.

    I also have a problem like this, I have 3000/800 points and it’s imossible to acces to the shop or to increase the level.. I star to not enjoying the game

      I have exactly the same problem and I can't delete my progress; everything is saved in the cloud between my PlayStation and my PC, so I can't enjoy the game.
