Hedgemont extravert shop progression bug

Anyone who had this issue solved it? I can't figure out how to troubleshoot this. Thanks in advance. 

I have the same issue. Where it says: ' 'Go to Extravert shop to level up''

Bugged to hell.

Going through the tutorial on PS5 and getting stuck at the intro to the shop. I go over to the storefront and open the menu but the shop is showing locked.

I downloaded game on launch, not only could I not get the first hedgemont box but can't progress because the extravert shop isn't allowing me to get the box. Top left says mission accomplished: go to extravert to level up. Please help

after the tutorial you have to go and open the shop it just freezes and the shop stays locked

Same I got the mission to go there for the tutorial, and I don’t even have an interaction button!

game wants me to visit the shop, shop is locked. Can’t do anything till I visit the shop 😂

I can’t access the shop to complete the mission for the Extravert Shop on PS5. Please help 😭

I am stuck on the extravert shop step as soon as you get into San Van. It will pull up my pause menu but never register I went to the shop regardless of restarting or reinstalling the game and can make no progress cause I have no missions. I am on Xbox Series X and my gamertag is - TouchMyPooch

After finishing the tutorial and going to the city it tells me to go to the shop, i get there, at first it shows me the menu to change my style, but i cant move anything, all i can do i press circle to get out, after i get in to the shop again i can move the things but cant access the shops as it has a lock symbol on it.
