I have to go to shop to level up, but nothing happens at the shop. 

i'm having the same problem

I’m literally going through the same problem got off of work and it’s still happening lowkey gonna make me delete the game for a week they NEED TO FIX THIS ON PLAYSTATION ASAP 

I am stuck on the extravert shop step as soon as you get into San Van. It will pull up my pause menu but never register I went to the shop regardless of restarting or reinstalling the game and can make no progress cause I have no missions. I am on Xbox Series X and my gamertag is - TouchMyPooch

game wants me to visit the shop, shop is locked. Can’t do anything till I visit the shop 😂

Going through the tutorial on PS5 and getting stuck at the intro to the shop. I go over to the storefront and open the menu but the shop is showing locked.

I have the same issue. Where it says: ' 'Go to Extravert shop to level up''

Bugged to hell.

Anyone who had this issue solved it? I can't figure out how to troubleshoot this. Thanks in advance.
